Active status reflects current NCSF coalition partnership. It’s the entry point into the SaferSex Standards Program™, before Trusted (information received and verified) and Certified (standards fully implemented). Sooner Swing has held Active status since 2025.
Consent and conduct expectations are public.
Sooner Swing’s event rules are published as part of the ticket purchase process and include the following.
Explicit Consent Standard
Published rules state that consent must be sought explicitly, and that silence or ambiguity does not count as consent.
Enforced Guest Rules
A published rule set covers conduct, substances, photography consent, and venue respect, with stated consequences up to expulsion.
Pre-Event Orientation
Ticket holders receive event rules and expectations by email ahead of arrival, rather than learning them for the first time on-site.
Privacy Protections
Attendee privacy is addressed directly in event terms, including protections around unauthorized photography and disclosure.
