Incorporating The Healing Smile into Your Intimate Life for Better Sex
To incorporate The Healing Smile into your Tao Tantric practice to enhance and work towards better sex
Follow these simple steps
- Get Comfy: Sit or lie down in a relaxed position, either alone or with your partner. Ensure that your body is comfortable and free from any tension.
- Begin by taking slow, deep breaths. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, allowing your body to relax further with each breath.
- Close your eyes and imagine a warm, radiant smile emanating from your heart center. Feel this smile spreading throughout your entire body, filling you with good and happy and joy.
- If you're practicing with a partner, take a moment to visualize your internal smiles merging. Thereby creating a powerful exchange of loving energy. Allow this shared energy to deepen your connection and enhance your sensual experience.
- Direct the energy. While maintaining your internal smile, focus on directing the positive energy toward specific areas of your body or your partner's body that may benefit from increased sensation or relaxation. Envision the loving energy heightening pleasure and fostering a greater sense of connection and intimacy.
Putting the Smile into Practice for Better Sex
This practice can be profound when offered to erogenous zones. Let’s say your partner has a vulva and you want to offer it a smile. You would drop into the smile – and send it to your hand, as you gently cup your palm over your partner’s vulva – and breathe together.
Try this and see how it goes. Remember – you are in charge, and if it doesn’t feel like a good idea – there’s no need to force. Also – if you’re autistic like I am, smiling towards someone without looking at them works just as well.
